What a lovely first impression: warm greetings from your staff, Lupu and warm, soft cookies were greatly appreciated as we had travelled in from Bilbao and did not have a proper breakfast prior. Fantastic location - quiet at the hotel for that homely respite but very accessible (within walking distance) to shopping belts and tourist spots, restaurants & bars. Newish hotel - we had two connecting King rooms that also came with a small common area with a main door that locks up both rooms. Great for our family of 4.

The warm welcome. Upon arrival we were handed a warm cookie 🍪. Staff was very friendly and helpful and location was great. The gym was basic but more than sufficient. All in all: Just perfect for what we needed.

This experience was so overwhelming! the stay, the room, the calm colors and decoration of the room was magical! Im definatly coming back to this hotel, also, I have recommended this hotel to my all friends. I likeed the view, how tidy the room was, friendly staff, and mostly the great location

perfectly situated. away from the tourist traps but still 10min walk to all the best spots! the hotel itself is nigh on immaculate and their fitness room is just aces!! breakfast was AMAZABALLZ! very fresh produce and great coffee!!

Breakfast was amazing, enjoyed it! We have walked everywhere in the city centre from the hotel. A lot of restaurants, lunch and coffee places around. 10 minutes walk to Salamanca, a chique shopping and lunch area. The location is amazing and beautiful. Also the hotel is so beautiful, beautiful lobby and restaurant interior and clean rooms. Check out at 12 was also relaxed. (not too early). Good service and friendly staff, perfect location.

Location. Close to the center but in very quiet neighborhood. Unlike other Hilton Group Hotels, very cozy & friendly atmosphere!

Helped me check in early after my long flight. A staff namely Gonsalves was quite helpful. Clean spacious rooms. Very close to all the places you d want to visit.
